Phase 1. Initial design of the stimulus
The first experience had five content zones running in parallel to spark reflection, connection, and clarity between 20 people from the newly joined leadership team. From shared timelines to purpose-led case studies, the experience showed how aligned the two companies already were and what they could unlock together.
It set the tone for honest conversations, leadership alignment, and a mindset shift toward leading with purpose. I collaborated with consultants to shape the journey and bring it all to life.

Phase 2. Experience ideation, spatial design & delegate flow
The initial stimulus was scaled into a 200-person interactive experience at VOX Birmingham. Across five immersive and hands-on zones, leaders explored, reflected, and engaged. Each space was designed to turn insight into emotional commitment.
One of the key experiences walked them through past, present, and future consumer needs using physical props. Another used a lens anaglyph to reveal what’s only possible when they act together. From lesson discoveries and voting stickers to a mirror wall capturing personal reflections, the journey made every insight feel lived — not just learned.
The goal? Motivation, emotional buy-in, and confidence in what they could do together. The real measure of success was the quality of the conversations that followed and the energy they carried forward. I led the creative alongside consultants and a production team, keeping the scale grounded in meaning.
