Unlocking the future of a leading insurance and reinsurance provider
Phase 1. Initial design of the stimulus
Initially 1x2m posters. Ten execs. One hard truth: insurance had become a sea of same.
Alongside it, a fast-moving world in flux, showing just how far behind the industry had drifted. The message was clear: change isn’t optional. This was the moment we cracked things open.
Phase 2. Experience ideation, spatial design & delegate flow
The next evolution of the initial experience was translated for 90 leaders in London and 60 in New York. Each version tailored to provoke, challenge, and shift perspective.
The journey began in darkness; surrounded by screens showing a world in flux: climate, finance, automation, unrest. The pace of change is relentless. Insurance isn’t keeping up.
Next came The Sea of Same, a curved-wall installation filled with purpose statements from major insurers. All different logos, all saying the same thing. A stark reflection of the industry's identity crisis.
Finally: the obstacle course. Potential was within reach, but cracks, hurdles, and slippery signs revealed the real risks in the way. It wasn’t just immersive, it was a wake-up call.
