Helping a heritage savings and investment company amplify their impact
Phase 1. Initial design of the stimulus
The initial design of content lived across A0 boards, and was laid out along a 12m walkthrough built for an intimate group of ten exec. It opened with their heritage, then moved through the global challenges they have a responsibility to help solve as a company with serious scale and history. Along the way, internal performance data and culture-defining quotes grounded the story in both purpose and proof.
Phase 2. Experience ideation, spatial design & delegate flow
What began as a 10-person experience became the foundation for a 180-person strategy launch at The Beams in London. We transformed the space into a walk-through narrative: a giant heritage book, a timeline tunnel, a broken wall, mirrored quotes from colleagues, and a central enclosure representing "the world around us."
Each moment was designed to ignite a specific emotion: pride, urgency, moral commitment, and hope. My mood boards and mockups helped align the consultant and production teams to bring it all to life. The result? A powerful launch where the executive team introduced a new purpose, behaviours, and strategy — rooted in story, not slides.
